Supply and Demand = Price you should offer!

Supply and Demand = Price you should offer!  The inventory in homes and condos is way down so to try to low ball a offer is not the way to go right now.  Yes years also with the market being lower and nothing really moving was different but now the days on market are real low and there are not to many homes on the market that homes are moving so fast.

I know everyone wants a special deal but with supply and demand things do change.
