Guarantee of Service and Sellers

I  tell my  people , if you are not 100% satisfied with our service, just let us know and we promise to correct the situation within 24 hours.  If the remedy is not satisfactory, I will release you from the listing agreement.

I have only been released once in all my years. The client was a heavy smoker, and I suggested to him that he smoke out on his porch or in the garage and have the carpet cleaned.  After lots of showing in the first 10 days, the feedback was all the same, the smell was bad.  I give feedback once a week and when I gave it to him the second week, he complained to me that I did not know what I was talking about, his home did not smell of smoke.  So we parted ways.
