All about staging and what people ask me

Yesterday someone ask me about staging,  Of course I mention they should hirer a stager but I did offer some suggestions.

Creating a good first impression is crucial when selling your home.  By welcoming the buyers with a sense of warmth and comfort as they step in the home, you’re setting the stage for a successful sale.  Ensure the front entrance is sparkling clean and inviting.  Add Potted flowers on the porch or hang a lovely wreath on the front door to enhance the appeal.

Stick to light-colored walls, such as shades of sand or lite gray.  Also consider buying more lights or increasing the wattage of light bulbs throughout for a brighter and more inviting atmosphere.
